Refund Policy

At Retro Fashion, every saree is checked for weaving quality, color, and finishing before dispatch. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1) What’s eligible
We accept a return or exchange if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product; or
- You wish to exchange size/variant (where applicable) or choose another product of equal/higher value.
2) What’s not eligible
- Custom-made/altered/fall-pico/stitched blouses, pre-pleated, or made-to-order items
- Used, washed, perfumed, or stained items; tags or original packaging missing
- Items marked Final Sale/Clearance
- Minor shade variations due to device screens or studio lighting (common in textiles)
3) Timelines
- Inform us within 3 days of delivery (email: gspsarees@gmail.com with order ID, photos, and issue).
- Once approved, ship back within 7 days using a trackable service.
- We process refunds within 7–10 working days after inspection at our warehouse.
4) Return method & costs
- If the error is ours (wrong/defective item): we arrange pickup (where available) or reimburse standard return shipping and issue full refund/exchange.
- If you changed your mind: return shipping is customer-borne; refund is for product value only (shipping fees are non-refundable).
5) Refund form
- Prepaid orders: refunded to original payment method.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): refunded as store credit/gift card or to a UPI/bank account after verification.
- Exchanges: we dispatch the replacement after the returned item passes quality check.
6) Packaging for returns
Please return the product folded, unused, with all tags, accessories, freebies, and the brand box/bag inside an outer protective cover.
7) Damaged in transit
If the outer carton arrives tampered or damaged, refuse delivery (if possible) and inform us immediately. If already accepted, share unboxing photos/video within 24 hours.
8) International orders
- Returns are accepted, but two-way shipping, duties, and taxes are customer-borne unless we shipped a wrong/defective product.
- Refunds exclude customs/clearance fees that are non-recoverable.
9) Order cancellation
- Before dispatch: 100% refund to original method.
- After dispatch: treat as a return (see above). Refusing delivery may incur two-way shipping fees.
